Welcome to Cute Cottage by the Sea, an affordable and pet friendly vacation rental destination in Ocean City, NJ. Located at 3324 Asbury, this is a three bedroom, one bath unit (see note below for an exciting update!) on the second and third floors of the building, right side. Sleeps six comfortably.
Relax in a clean, comfortable space. Enjoy central air, a fully enclosed outdoor shower, stacked washer and dryer, roomy kitchen with gas stove, parking for one mid-sized vehicle, a comfortable shared front porch for morning coffee or an evening beverage.
Thoughtfully stocked at the beginning of the season with basic spices, cooking oils, detergents and soaps, paper and cleaning products, plus trash liners to make your stay as easy as possible.
33rd and Asbury location gives you close proximity to the beach, Sandcastle Park is six houses down the street, with playground equipment, tennis and basketball courts. Randazzos, Old School Burger, Dot's Pastry Shop, Kessel's Korner, Churn House creamery, Sandcastle Putt Club mini golf, Johnny B. Goode, Wawa, and more are short steps away. The OC Jitney can take you to the boards in less than ten minutes.
We provide four beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, a beach cart, and hand towels in the kitchen.
2025 UPDATES: Construction is finished! Now, the kitchen has been remodeled and refigured. New are white cabinets, gorgeous quartz countertops, vertical backsplash and new sink fixtures. More usable counter space is now in place as well.
Additionally, the bathroom has been gutted and transformed to a more user friendly space. Featuring a modern, marble tile shower with multiple shower heads (including a relaxing rain shower), wood tone LVP flooring, nautical blue vanity and circular mirror.

Welcome to Cute Cottage by the Sea, your coastal vacation rental in Ocean City, NJ. With our charming cottage and prime location, we strive to provide you with a memorable and relaxing getaway that is inclusive of your pet. For an additional fee, you can bring your furry friend with you to enjoy family vacations!
Accommodations are as follows: the primary bedroom has a new 14 inch Queen hybrid mattress. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed, and the third bedroom is a cozy dormer room with a twin. All bedrooms have smart tv's with YouTube TV, and you can also log into your personal streaming subscriptions. Dedicated high speed WIFI provided.
Parking is a shared space in the rear of the building, with one spot that can accommodate up to a minivan or mid-sized SUV. Oversized vehicles must find street parking. Fully enclosed outdoor shower in the rear. Non-shedding pets up to 50lb are accepted with fee, once cleared with the owner.
The kitchen has been renovated! Now with new white soft-close cabinets, quartz countertops, a new sink and fixtures. It is a full sized space with a set of Carote pots and pans. Kitchenware, dishes/glassware/flatware are provided, along with a pop up toaster, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, plus a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A new Ninja XL indoor grill is also available for your use! Basic spices and olive oil are provided at the start of each season.
Hall bathroom now has innovative corner mutli-slider shower doors, a gutted and reconfigured room to allow for more shower space, coastal designed cabinet and round nautical blue mirror add charming touches.
Four beach chairs, starter hand soaps, kitchen trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, as well as basic paper products are provided at the start of the season, but not guaranteed at the time of check in.

No senior week rentals, no groups, please. Must be age 30 or over to rent.
Sheets and towels can be provided at an additional cost.
This is one of four units in the building. There are some shared spaces, such as the front porch, outdoor shower and back parking pad.

Full or partial stays available May to October. Rates are $3495 weekly when booked direct. No extra taxes or booking fees! Partial stay ranges from $475-575 per night, three night minimum.
