Welcome to Tails and Tides, an affordable and pet friendly vacation rental destination in Ocean City, NJ.
3324 Asbury blends classic beach-town charm with comfort, offering something special beyond the newer look-alike homes. If you love classic OC style with touches like dormer ceilings and cutouts, original wood bannisters, and cozier spaces, but you also want some modern updates (like a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom), this is the place for you!
Relax in a clean, comfortable space. Enjoy central air, a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, stacked washer and dryer, roomy kitchen with gas stove, parking for one mid-sized vehicle, and a pleasant shared front and rear porch for morning coffee or an evening beverage.
Thoughtfully stocked at the beginning of the season with basic spices, cooking oils, detergents and soaps, paper and cleaning products, plus trash liners to make your stay as easy as possible.
This condo is one of four in the building. 3324 is on the second and third floor, right side. Enjoy a wide open second floor that has a living room with a three seater sleeper sofa, and a two seater sofa as well. Smart TV logged into YouTube TV let's you enjoy all the stations you enjoy at home, and you can also log into your personal streaming services. There is also a full sized open kitchen, as well as a stacked washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find a comfortable, renovated bathroom with a stall shower that has three shower head options. Relax in the primary bedroom with a new hybrid queen mattress and a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed, set of drawers and a smart tv. The third, middle bedroom is a cozy dormer space with a twin, dresser and smart tv.
33rd and Asbury location gives you close proximity to the beach, Sandcastle Playground is six houses down the street, with playground equipment, tennis and basketball courts. Randazzos, Dot's Pastry Shop, Kessel's Korner, Churn House creamery, Sandwich Bar, Sandcastle Putt Club mini golf, Johnny B. Goode, Wawa, and more are short steps away. The OC Jitney can take you to the boards in less than ten minutes.
Provided are four beach chairs, four beach tags, sand toys for the kids, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart
Linens and towels can be provided for an additional charge
About us
We have owned the Cute Cottage for over fourteen years now, and we love its charm and fantastic location. We reside in Montgomery County, PA, and have raised our now-grown children in OC at the Cottage. We love that it is a dry town, preserving its family friendly atmosphere.
This condo is one of four total units, and it is a quieter building.
Parking is a shared space in the rear of the building, with one spot that can accommodate up to a minivan or mid-sized SUV. Oversized vehicles must find street parking. Fully enclosed outdoor shower in the rear.
Non-shedding pets up to 50lb are accepted with fee, once cleared with the owner. Larger pets will be considered.
The kitchen has been renovated! Now with new white soft-close cabinets, quartz countertops, and new sink and fixtures. It is a full sized space with a set of Carote pots and pans. Kitchenware, dishes/glassware/flatware and blender are provided, along with a pop up toaster, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, plus a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Basic spices and olive oil are provided at the start of each season.
Four beach chairs, four beach tags, starter hand soaps, kitchen trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, as well as basic paper products are provided at the start of the season, but not guaranteed at the time of check in. We try to restock throughout the season.
Dedicated high speed WIFI provided.
No senior week rentals, no groups, please. Must be age 30 or over to rent
