Inside, relax in a bright, well-appointed space featuring central air, a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, in-unit washer/dryer, and private parking. Unwind on the shared front or rear porch—ideal for morning coffee or evenings after the beach.
The home is thoughtfully stocked at the start of the season with everyday essentials, including cooking basics, paper goods, and cleaning supplies—so you can settle in with ease.

This second/third-floor residence (right side) offers an open-concept living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV with YouTube TV and streaming access. The full-size kitchen has been newly renovated with modern finishes and a gas range.

About us
We have owned the Cute Cottage for over fourteen years now, and we love its charm and fantastic location. We reside in Montgomery County, PA, and have raised our now-grown children in OC at the Cottage. We love that it is a dry town, preserving its family friendly atmosphere.Â
This condo is one of four total units, and it is a quieter building.
Parking is a shared space in the rear of the building, with one spot that can accommodate up to a minivan or mid-sized SUV. Oversized vehicles must find street parking. Fully enclosed outdoor shower in the rear.
Your well-behaved pet up to 50lb is accepted with fee, once cleared with the owner. Larger pets will be considered.
