Welcome to Cute Cottage by the Sea, an affordable and pet friendly vacation rental destination in Ocean City, NJ. Located at 3324 Asbury, this is a three bedroom, one bath unit on the second and third floors of the building, right side. Sleeps six comfortably.
Our cottage offers a delightful escape for those seeking relaxation and fun-filled adventures. Amazing location, just a short two minute walk to the beach entrance, with restrooms!
Relax in a clean, comfortable space. Enjoy central air, a fully enclosed outdoor shower, stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom, roomy kitchen with gas stove, parking for one mid-sized vehicle, a comfortable shared front porch for morning coffee or an evening beverage. You can unwind here and immerse yourself in the beauty of the local surroundings.
33rd and Asbury location gives you close proximity to the beach, Sandcastle Park is six houses down the street, with playground equipment, tennis and basketball courts. A new putt putt was also built at this corner! Randazzos, Old School Burger, Dot's Pastry Shop, Kessel's Korner, Churn House, Johnny B. Goode, Wawa, and more are steps away. The OC Jitney can take you to the boards in less than ten minutes.
We provide two new beach chairs, plus two from previous seasons, sand toys for the kids, a beach cart, and hand towels in the kitchen.

Welcome to Cute Cottage by the Sea, your coastal vacation rental in Ocean City, NJ. With our charming cottage and prime location, we strive to provide you with a memorable and relaxing getaway that is inclusive of your pet! For an additional fee, you can bring your furry friend with you to enjoy family vacations!
Accomodations are as follows: a split king in the master with a drop down desk for work, a full and a twin in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is a cozy dormer room with a twin. All bedrooms have tv's with YouTube TV, plus a Fire Stick for your personal streaming subscriptions. Dedicated high speed WIFI provided.
The bathroom has a stall shower (not suitable for those who require a large shower space), plus a stacked W/D. Parking is in the rear of the building, with one spot that can accomodate up to a minivan or mid-sized SUV. Oversized vehicles must find street parking. Fully enclosed outdoor shower in the rear. Non-shedding pets up to 50lb are accepted with fee, once cleared with the owner.
Kitchen is a spacious, full sized space with a brand new set of high end Carote pots and pans. Kitchenware, dishes/glassware/flatware, pop up toaster, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, plus a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A new Ninja XL indoor grill is also available for your use! Basic spices and olive oil are provided at the start of each season.
Two brand new beach chairs plus two more from last season, one set of hand towels, starter hand soaps, kitchen trash bags, laundry and dish detergents, as well as basic paper products are provided at the start of the season, but not guaranteed at the time of check in.
